I started doing yoga when I was 17 years old. I’ve practiced Power Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Vinyasa ‘flow’ Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Bikram Yoga, Acro yoga… you get the idea. I LOVE Yoga.
I’ve gone through different phases too : I’ve practiced it daily, weekly and monthly. I’ve gone years without thinking about it when I was younger. The key to a constant practice is finding a good teacher and making the time. It takes discipline to be able to practice alone, so I’d only recommend it once you have more experience.
