I thought I’d help you out by sharing some of the workouts I like to do in and out of the gym. Most require little to no equipment.
Sometimes it’s hard to find motivation in hotel gyms, when all you can find is single dumbbells and a broken treadmill if you’re lucky. Some hotels in Europe don’t have gyms, so you need to get creative.
Doing the same workouts over and over again can get very boring. It’s also harder to see results when you keep repeating the same exercises.
